Delivery is within the UK only via UK Mail and normally arrives within two days if the order is placed before noon. 

Statutory Rights

These terms and conditions offer you additional protection and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


At the time of ordering, payment should be made by switch, delta or credit card (excluding Amex or Diners) using PayPal. All goods remain the property of Oxford Cards, until full payment of invoice price has been received.

Damaged or Missing Items

If, upon delivery, any goods are missing or damaged you must report this to me within 3 days of receipt. Please open and examine cards on arrival and contact me.

Cancellation & Returns

You may cancel your order within 7 days of the goods being delivered. All goods must be returned to Oxford Cards, unopened and undamaged. Once the goods are returned, the appropriate sum will be refunded. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation, Oxford Cards reserves the right to subtract the costs of collection from the refund.

Data Protection

Information is held for the purpose of maintaining customer records, and Oxford Cards undertakes to discharge its duties under current legislation.
